Ok, here's a question. What are your opinions of including or not including
doctype declarations at the top of documents? I know you're supposed to,
but if I remove it, then the page looks fine in Netscape and Opera on my
Mac, if I keep it, they're hosed. Argument might be made that Netscape and
Opera for Mac aren't the majority of viewing percentage... but I don't like
going with that as a solution. Any ideas on why there's a problem with this
in the first place? Is it *bad* for me to leave out the doctype? (I assume
that might cause validation problems).
